The decisions made by Greenville County Council are critical to the philanthropic and nonprofit sector in Greenville County, as well as the communities they serve.

Greenville Partnership for Philanthropy, NonProfit Alliance, and United Way of Greenville County hosted Greenville County Council candidates in a virtual forum to discuss topics of interest to the nonprofit and philanthropic sector, including growth, housing, transportation, government transparency, and more. Deb Sofield, speaker, author and coach, moderated.

Prior to the event, each candidate received a questionnaire to gather information about why they are running and their positions on a variety of topics.  Hosts chose several of those questions for each candidate pair, which Deb asked live during the session.
