The renovation and upfit of the Cotton Warehouse enables the expansion of art school programming and meet the demand for classes in 3D mediums not current offered in Greenville in a community accessible facility. Activating the Cotton Warehouse will generate at a minimum $200K in revenue through classes and studio rentals. These mediums will allow for us to create innovative partnerships that impact the larger community.
